Hey everyone,

We could use your feedback about this past year, would you take just a

This is an anonymous survey, meant to help us get honest feedback from all
of you about how things went over this past year and any thoughts or
suggestions you may have for the team.

I know it is asking a lot, but if you could do this survey now as you are
reading this it would be really helpful because the sooner we have
feedback the more it will help us in planning next year (and let's be
honest we have all meant to come back to something and then just have
never gotten to it and then later think I should have just done that when
I opened the email).
