[All Church] Haiti - what can I do?

Dear Friends,

By now you and I have a fuller picture of the devastation
the Island nation of Haiti is in. After scanning several pages of news the
presumed death toll is to hit in the hundreds of thousands. More than that
many are wondering the street, injured, scared - no food, no water.

We can do something. You might not have much to offer, but the urgent need
for water, food and medical supplies begs that we don't judge how much we
can give but rather will we give. I looked at two organizations that we
have a relationship with and both are receiving donations and sending
supplies, doctors and planes as fast as the one runway in Haiti can manage.

Tonight, at combined HG we will be taking an offering for Samaritan's purse.

If you'd rather give online I encourage you to do so at:
http://www.samaritanspurse.org/

Pray that God would reign and not fear or chaos or lawlessness. Pray too
for the men and women of the churches there and around the world would rise
up.

In Christ,

Mike
