[All Church] Men's Discipleship Team: Spring '10

Welcome back to campus to those who went home and greetings to those for whom this is home!

 

Men's Discipleship Team (MDT) is scheduled to meet this semester on January 15 (this Friday), March 19, and April 9. For those of you wondering what MDT is, here is a brief summary:

 

Men's Discipleship Team is...


a more or less once monthly gathering
for the men in Cornerstone 
who are commitment to Jesus, 
and who like to build things
(actually, not just anything. Specifically I refer to building Christ-like character in themselves and in their brothers, and building up God's church locally through Cornerstone).

 

The official Mission of  Men's Discipleship Team is to edify and engage the men of Cornerstone by providing them witha a structured time of prayer, worhip, sharing, discussion, and planning.

 

In general, the MDT gathering lasts 2 hours, and involves times of fellowship, worship through music, prayer (individually and as a group), teaching, sharing, discussion and brain storming.

 

Our first meeting for this semester is this Friday, January 15, 2010, from 7PM to 9, at my house, 1600 Cutter Ct., Normal.
