[All Church] MeXiCo - Letters and Important Info

Greetings!

I am getting super excited about the Mexico missions trip and working on
setting up all the supplies for sending letters has really gotten me
excited!

I want to be brief, so attached are 6 documents:

1. mexico letter directions - this document will go through the
instructions for sending out mexico letters - step by step. Please open
and read this document first!

2 & 3. mexico letter going - this is the letter for those going on the
mexico trip - there are two different formats attached one for those who
have office 2007 (.docx) and one for those who do not (.doc).

4 & 5. mexico letter not going - this is the letter for those not going on
the mexico trip - there are two different formats attached one for those
who have office 2007 (.docx) and one for those who do not (.doc).

6. Mexico 2009 database - this is the database that Mike sent earlier and
wants returned to him by tomorrow - I have attached it in case you may
have lost that email.

Hopefully using the directions document you will be able to put your
letters together. But you if you have any problems or have questions,
please email me and let me know.

This week I will plan on being at the office from 11am-noon and from
7pm-8pm every day, if you need to come for supplies at a time other than
that please make arrangements with me.
