[All Church] 2009 Adventure Race - Action Required!

All -

I want to personally invite you to attend our Cornerstone Adventure Race. In
lieu of the Capture the Flag water balloon fight this year, we are doing a
new beginning of year fun event to bring our new friends to. Here are some
details:

When: Saturday night, August 22, 7:30 pm

What: A whole lot of fun!

Brief overview:

-You form teams of 6-8 people. Teams must be co-ed and must include at least
1 new person to Cornerstone.

-We will start at the Bone. Each team will be given clues that you need to
solve, which will then lead you to different locations on campus. Once at
the location your team will be given a challenge to complete to earn points.

-The team with the most points wins a fabulous prize.

Trust me, this will be a ton of fun and a great opportunity to connect with
people who are checking out Cornerstone.

What I need from you:

I need to know how many teams we will be having, so START GETTING YOUR TEAM
TOGETHER. I recommend getting a team of 4-5 Cornerstoners now so you can add
some newbies as we meet them.

I need you to email me with your team captain and team members you know
about by Tuesdsay, Aug 18. This gives you 5 days to assemble your best team
you can. You can always add team members after Wed, but I do need a count of
teams, so I'd appreciate your help with this!
